No. Hardwood refinishing is specialty work that requires drum sanders, edgers, and finish-application experience we do not bring to the table. If you want hardwood refinished, we refer you to a specialist.

No. Radiant heated floors require licensed-electrician work for the dedicated circuit and thermostat, plus specialty mat installation. That is outside our scope.

Do you repair subfloors before installation?
Yes. Subfloor prep is critical, especially in older Henderson homes. We fix squeaks, replace damaged sections, address moisture issues, and level uneven spots. We quote this work separately so you know what is for the floor and what is for the prep.
Can you match existing flooring for repairs or additions?
For LVP, laminate, and tile we can usually find matching or very close stock.
